Use of goods

Ingredients (Number of portions: 6)

6 Chicken Legs
1 teaspoon tamarind water
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

For the ground spices:

2 bird’s eye chili
8 shallots
4 garlics
1 teaspoon white peppercorns
3 candlenuts, roasted
1/2 teaspoon salt
3tablespoons butter

 

Method Roast

Mix the chicken with tamarind water and salt, and set aside. Melt the butter. Put in the chicken, pour 650 ml water, add some soy sauce, sugar and salt.

To preheat the unit, select Poultry and then Braise under select Thin for 30 minutes. Once done with pre-heating, insert the Chicken with the marination. Once the process done, remove the chicken and leave it to dry for about approximately 10 minutes. 

Next select Poultry and Roast with medium colouration. Serve it with hot rice, vegetables and sambal.
