80 g yeast
2 l water
1.2 l milk
80 g sugar
6 kg flour
200 g salt
280 g olive oil
Onion, cut into thin strips
1 small, ripe avocado
Broccoli, chopped into florets
Make a predough with the yeast,
sugar, water and milk. Knead with the remaining ingredients into a smooth dough
and leave in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
Portion the dough, roll out thinly and place on flat floured sheet. Cover with tomato sauce, mozzarella and the desired ingredients. Slide the pizza onto a preheated grill and pizza tray and bake until crisp.
Halve 1 small ripe avocado, remove the core, peel the flesh, then dice, mix with 1 tbsp lime juice, season with salt and pepper. Take the cooked pizza out of the oven and sprinkle with avocado.
